Exchange Policy

By purchasing our products or services, you are deemed to have consented to the exchange policy herein stated.

Unsuitable Product

  • We do not offer product exchanges if the product is not suitable. Please ensure that the product purchased will fit you by referring to the measurements provided.

Defective Product

  • Minor imperfections, including slight misalignment of seams, discrepancies in product colour due to lighting and monitor resolutions, loose stitched buttons, uncut stitching strings or stains, loose threads, and/or tears that are less than 1cm and do not affect the appearance or usage of the product, will not be considered defects. As stocks come in bulk, minor imperfections are inevitable. However, we strive to check each product before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.

**Size measurements are manually taken and may have a margin of error of 1-3cm. This is not considered a defect.

**The product images shown are for illustration purposes only. Slight colour discrepancies may occur due to lighting and monitor resolutions.

**Defects include stains, loose threads, or tears exceeding 1cm, or serious misalignment of seams that affect the appearance and/or usage of the product.

  • We shall not be held responsible for any damage or defects resulting from customer actions, including, but not limited to, colour fading or staining, tears, and/or size shrinking due to improper washing methods.
  • If you believe the product you received is defective as defined above, please contact us via Instagram direct messaging within 3 days of the parcel tracking status showing “Delivered/Received”. We require your order number, order details, a description of the defect, and pictures of the defective product as proof.
  • If the product is defective, we offer an exchange for the exact same product (same model, size, and colour).

**Refunds are only available if the same product is out of stock. Alternatively, customers may choose to exchange for another product available in stock. If the chosen product is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. If the product is of higher value, customers will need to pay the additional amount.

  • We will bear any additional shipping fees associated with the exchange. To receive reimbursement for standard shipping fees (WM RM9, EM RM15), please provide a photo of the return slip along with your bank details.
  • We will proceed with the exchange or refund process upon receiving the returned product in the specified condition as stated below.
  • Products must be returned within 5 working days of the parcel tracking status showing “Delivered/Received”. The returned product should have intact tags and be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, without stains, scents, and/or any damage that would make it unsuitable for resale). Customers are responsible for the product until we receive the returned package.

**If the returned product is found to be defective, we retain the right to decline the exchange or refund process. In such instances, customers may be responsible for reasonable shipping and servicing fees at our prevailing standard rates. We shall not be held accountable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, and/or expenses incurred as a consequence.

Incorrect Product Received

  • Product exchanges are allowed in this situation.

**Refunds are only available if the product ordered is out of stock. Alternatively, customers may choose to exchange for another product available in stock. If the chosen product is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. If the product is of higher value, customers will need to pay the additional amount.

  • Please contact us via Instagram direct messaging within 3 days of the parcel tracking status showing “Delivered/Received”. Provide your order number, order details, and pictures of the received product as proof of incorrect delivery.
  • We will bear any additional shipping fees associated with the exchange. To receive reimbursement for standard shipping fees (WM RM9, EM RM15), please provide a photo of the return slip along with your bank details.
  • We will proceed with the exchange process upon receiving the returned product in the specified condition as stated below.

Errors and Inaccuracies

  • In the event that any discrepancies or inaccuracies are identified regarding the information displayed on our website or Instagram page, such as product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, promotions, or offers, we retain the right to rectify the information and make necessary adjustments.
  • If deemed necessary, we may cancel your order to uphold fairness and ensure accurate information.
  • Should your order be subject to cancellation, we will promptly notify you via email, presenting you with options for a refund or the opportunity to exchange for alternative product. If you choose to proceed with an exchange, refunds will be issued for products of lesser value, while any price difference resulting from selecting a higher-value product will be the responsibility of the customer.
