Shipping Policy

By purchasing our products or services, you are deemed to have consented to the shipping policy herein stated.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping

For West Malaysia, purchases totalling RM150 or more are eligible for free shipping. For East Malaysia, purchases totalling RM200 or more will be qualify for free shipping.

Ready Stock Products

All products listed on our website are ready stock, unless specifically highlighted as “[backorder product/item].”

Delivery Timeframe

For ready stock products in West Malaysia, delivery is estimated to take 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For East Malaysia, the estimated delivery time is 4-8 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Backorder Products

For backorder products, shipping will occur once the products have arrived in our inventory. For more details about the estimated arrival time of backorder products, please refer to the Backorder Update page. Unforeseen circumstances, such as shipment delays, insufficient fabric, or insufficient stock, may cause additional delays for backorder products. We will make every effort to minimize delays and keep you informed about any changes to the estimated arrival times. Your patience and understanding are appreciated. We do not accept urgent order for backorder product.

Combination of Ready Stock and Backorder Products

If your order includes both ready stock products and backorder products, we will consolidate the shipment and deliver the entire order once all products are ready. We do not send ready stock products separately. If you prefer to receive your ready stock products first, please contact us separately as additional shipping charges will apply.

Combination of new order and previous order

You may combine your new order with your previous order if it has not been shipped out yet. Kindly contact us through Instagram direct message for us to proceed with your request without any unnecessary delay. No extra shipping fee will be charged for so doing.

Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information to keep you informed about the progress of your delivery.

Modification of Shipping Details

Please note that modifications to shipping details, such as the delivery address, are only allowed before the order is processed. Once the order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details

Delivery Liability

We accept no liability for undelivered parcels if the customer provides an incorrect or invalid information or fails to collect the order from the specified delivery address. Any additional shipping fees incurred due to the negligence of the customer will be borne by the same. Any bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 90 days will be deemed as the shop’s property and no compensation will be paid.

Once the parcel is shipped from our facility, the liability for the parcel lies with the courier service provider. However, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will do our best to assist you by liaising with the courier service on your behalf.

Please note that while we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience, any issues or delays caused by the courier service are beyond our direct control. We will work closely with the courier service to resolve any delivery-related concerns and keep you informed about the progress.

Modifications to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify or remove portions of this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Shipping Policy on our website. We recommend reviewing this Shipping Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your personal information.

Severability

If any provision of this Shipping Policy is deemed unenforceable, void, or invalid, it shall be considered separate from the remaining provisions, which will remain enforceable and valid.
